Service Description
This immersive 6-week journey is designed to create deep, lasting transformation in how you see yourself and show up in the world. Through weekly 50-minute 1:1 sessions, we’ll combine NLP, hypnotherapy, and counselling skills to uncover and shift thinking and behaviour patterns. You’ll receive enhanced accountability, ongoing support, and the space to truly go deep — exploring beliefs, patterns, and emotions that have held you back. Week by week, you’ll rebuild confidence from the inside out, with powerful tools to help you move forward with clarity, courage, and self-trust.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – Coaching Package All sessions in the 6-week block must be paid in full before the first session. Sessions are to be used over four consecutive weeks. Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Missed or late-cancelled sessions (under 72 hours) may be forfeited and not refunded, except in cases of emergency at the coach’s discretion. This policy ensures commitment to your growth and respects both our time.
